The Canadian Undergraduate Physics Conference (CUPC) is an annual conference for Canadian Physics students organized by Canadian physics students from a different university each year. Physics students from across Canada will virtually meet to attend keynote lectures, panels and workshops. Students will also have the chance to share their own research with others, and learn about graduate and industry options available after their undergraduate degree. As per Canadian public health and safety guidelines, the conference this year will be held virtually from November 4th-7th, 2021 via zoom. For more details on all our events and to RSVP for our pre-conference events, please visit our website.

CUPC 2021 registration is now officially open! Registration for the conference will remain open until October 29th, 2021 at 11:59 pm (EST). There is a registration fee of $20, which includes tax and processing fees. This fee will grant you access to the conference and our password-protected delegate website once available. If you are unable to afford this fee, we suggest speaking with your physics department to ask for funding or contacting us directly at cupc2021@ryerson.ca.

Additionally, the conference will be a great opportunity to showcase your research. If you are interested in presenting your work, please fill out this abstract submission form no later than October 8th, 2021.

If you have any questions about the registration process or the event, please do not hesitate to reach out! You can also find more information, including the full conference itinerary, on our website.
